A receipt is required for all product exchanges or returns.
Merchandise returned for refund, credit or exchange is subject to prior approval from Marks Photo and Video and must be in perfect cosmetic condition with all supplied accessories and undamaged packaging. All guarantee cards, warranty cards, instruction manuals and other printed materials must be unmarked and included.
Approved equipment and/of supplies returns/exchanges may be subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned within 15 days from purchase.
If UPC codes have been sent in for mail-in rebates, the equipment can not be returned or exchanged.
Return/exchanges will not be accepted after 15 days from purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a product has software included, and that software has been opened, the product can not be returned.
For special orders, paper, ink and film sales, all sales are final.
All new products are sold with the manufacturers warranty. All claims must be directed to the manufacturer.
